Covid-19 has put pressure on postal and shipping carriers worldwide, this may cause delays in receiving your order.

 

Altering Your Order

It may be possible to alter your order if it has not already been shipped.

 

Returns

If you have any problems with your order please contact me within: 14 days of delivery and dispatch the items back within: 30 days of delivery. Once a return has been requested, you will receive a Standard Return Form via email to fill in.

 

I do not accept exchanges.

 

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Items on Sale

Digital downloads

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Digital Artwork, Personalised and custom orders

 

Please allow up to three weeks on top of shipping times for your artwork to be created. If you are looking to receive an order in time for a special date, please contact me prior to placing an order.
